We compare the expected arrival time and remaining sun window, not only the current minute.

Read the street context

Sun exposure depends on date, hour, location and surrounding urban geometry. The exact table side matters.

Normalize every glass

Price per 33cl = menu price divided by served centilitres, multiplied by 33.

Publish the limitations

Trees, awnings, clouds, heat, works, menus and opening hours can change the real result.
